Object Description
Lady's black velvet hat decorated with black beads and sequins to make floral design on top of the hat and around the crown. Clusters of flower-shaped beads are dotted around the edge of the hat. Little brown comb on the ribbon lining inside the hat.
Origin
Donated by Bill J. Vranas. Owned by Helen Stamas Mitchell, mother of Peggy Vranas between the 1950's to 1970's.
