Object Description
Lady's handmade black straw hat wth dome crown and 4 1/2" trim. Black grosgrain ribbon band that is tappered and sewn at on side. A coil of ribbon is attatched to the top of the hat in the very center. The brim is taller on one side. On the inside there are two combs attatched to the ribbon lining.
Origin
Donated by Bill J. Vranas. The hat was handmade by Helen Stamas Mitchell. Peggy Vranas' mother, between the 1950's to the 1970's.
