Object Description
Colorful cartoon watercolor print by Theo Angeli mounted on a heavy poster-board backing. At the top of the page to the left and right of the title, are two large dark green Cyprus branches; each with a flag hanging off of it.  The title reads "Kalo Pascha" (Happy Easter) in dark teal Greek lettering at the very top and features two military men in the foreground.  The one on the left is of lower rank.  He is wearing full grayish-teal uniform and a dark teal military baret. The one on the right is in full uniform that is more gray/olive in tone and wearing a matching military cap.  He has a crop (short whip used on horses) tucked under his left arm, his left hand is in his pocket and he appears to be a general. Both men are smiling and they are each holding a red Easter egg. The lower ranking man is holding his egg on top of the higher ranking man's egg with his right hand.  Behind them there is a yellow building with 2 Greek flags posted at the peak of the building with a cross between them.
Origin
Theo Anglei was most likely an American cartoon artist of Greek heritage who painted these as a hobby, probably around the 1960's.
