Colorful cartoon watercolor print by Theo Angeli mounted on a heavy poster-board backing. This print shows a woman and a man riding a blue scooter. The man is in the front, driving.  He has dark curly hair and a thin mustache.  He is dressed nicely in a white jacket, black pants, blue shirt, red and white bow tie and white sunglasses with green lenses that appear to pick up the blur of green scenery depicted in the background. The woman riding on the back of the scooter is sitting side-saddle with her legs towards us.  Her yellow cocktail dress is low-cut and skin tight.  She is wearing a strand of pearls and a mink stole.  Her left arm is holding her white hat to her head and she looks nervous because her dress is flying up in the wind and her fur coat and purse look to be flying away.  She is wearing matching yellow pumps, hosiery and garters.  

Theo Anglei was most likely an American cartoon artist of Greek heritage who painted these as a hobby, probably around the 1960's.
