Object Description
Medium-sized hand mirror with long handle. Oval mirror area encased in shield shape (like the powder box of similar materials). The underside of the mirror is a pearly peach (it looks a lot like marble) and the mirror side is an matte orange color.
Origin
With the advent of inexpensive plastics in the 1930s, vanity items like these became more readily available. Likely would have been kept on a woman's dresser with other assorted vanity items, i.e. hairbrush, powder box.
