Object Description
Framed stefana. Dark metallic painted rectangular frame will elaborate corners. Elaborate swirled detail projects along top edge of frame. Two thin crowns of branches each on top of an off-white candle that has off-white ribbons tied to both top and bottom. Top ribbons are rather intricate with patterning. Bottom ribbons are solid satin. In between candles is a decorative diamond tiara? necklace? attached to back fabric. Box is lined with off-white/beige lace trim around edges and cloth along bottom and sides.

Used in wedding ceremony of Nicholas C. Bacil (Vacilopoulos) & Sophia Mitsulas (Sparta, Laconia) in Paris, France on 11/06/30.

They were married as follows: 1. Greek Orthodox Church 2. Paris City Hall 3. American Embassy.
