Object Description
A 15 inch restaurant meat cleaver with a reddish brown wooden handle.

The handle is simple and rectangular without any notches or curves for fingers.  Three metal rivets fasten the handle to the tang.

The blade is wide and rectangular, slightly wider at the end than at the handle.  The cutting edge runs along the entire bottom edge of the blade.

This meat cleaver has the patina of an aged and often used kitchen utensil, showing signs of  staining and discoloration.
Origin
