An exterior photograph of a possible two-story white building with slim, rectangular windows circulating the lower half of the building. To the left is a balcony with red fencing and geometric window panels that encompass the front portion of the building seen to the right. The building roof is a central dome with windows. To the right of the building is a large black sign with both written calligraphy and English letterings that reads " The Republic of the Sudan."
