Doll wearing a purple dress with a red panel and a white underskirt. She has coins on her bodice and a little purple cap with golden trip and white yarn. She has brown hair and blue eyes. Her dress is trimmed with green, yellow,m and red ribbon, along with a yellow string along the bottom. Her waistband is green with a yellow design. There are panels on her purple dress that are lined with gold, and have a yellow pattern down the middle. The cuffs on her dress are lace. The underskirt has a green ribbon, a red ribbon, a peach, yellow, and pink robbon, and a peach ribbon. She is wearing black plastic shoes. She is on a grey stand that was made in Chicago. There are threads going from her hat to the coins on her chest.
Origin
This doll is in traditional native costume. It is included in a list that is said to be part of a collection of twelve dolls in traditional regional costume, and is a handmade souviner in Greece.
