A red leather-bound certificate. The front of the leather book has the imprint of St. Vincent DePaul above " De Paul Univerity" in gold. The inside of the red book is buffered with shiny purple fabric. The certificate is simple; it is written in black ink, and at the top there is the symbol for Beta Gamma Sigma under the title "Beta Gamma Sigma". At the bottom of the certificate, there is a blue seal and the signatures of the national secretary and president as well as the chapter president and secretary. The certificate is held by a red ribbon.

Donated by the estate of Dr. John N. Nicholson. A certificate awarding John N. Nicholson election into Beta Gamma Sigma by the DePaul University Chicago Chapter. April 15, 1988.
