A wooden-based plaque with a certificate under a plastic cover. The certificate is very colorful and has The Greek-American Nursing Home Committee symbol of a "G", an "A" and a cross under a roof. Awarded February 14, 1988.

Donated by the estate of Dr. John N. Nicholson. A plaque was awarded to John N. Nicholson by the Greeek-American Nursing Home Committee of Chicago for his generosity and efforts toward the establishment of the first Greek-American Nursing Home. Presented by Dr. Theodosis Kioutas, President, G-ANHC. 1988.
