Object Description
SMALL ICE CREAM SPOON. tarnished. on the underside of the handle is a brand imprinted that says "PIX EXCEL BRAND".
Origin
Ice cream was thought to be invented in the Persian Empire around 450 BC. Ice was kep tin cold storages until summer called yahkchals and then flavored. Through the centuries the recipe has evolved from culture to culture. It is comonly eaten as a dessert and the ornate serving dishes may have been used when it was served during special occassions.
