Object Description
Cream and colored silk map. The silk is waterproof in case of water landing. The map is double sided. One side is South East France and Germany. The other side is Holland and Belgium. The map is color coded. On each side of the map there is also legend and scale.
Origin
Donated by Pauline Kalogeras. The map was used to help navigate during flight during WWII in the European theater. Chris was a radio operator and gunner in the 401 Bomb group.
