Object Description
Circular belt buckle or pin or brooch. Applied filigree detailing in floral motif. Open circle in center and pointed barb for attaching to garment.
Origin
Donated by Suzanne Salimbene. The handmade buckle/pin was made in Greece. And is most likely part of a women's Sarakatsani costume. Suzanne got the buckle while living in Greece circa 1965-1982.
