This is a fabric collage/embroidery of the Royal Greek Coat of Arms. There are two robed men in the center standing on either side of a large crown. Above them is an even larger crown with blue drapery forming an open curtain for the two men. Around this are several Greek flags. There is a Greek inscription on a light blue ribbon below the men. The background of the piece is navy blue. The piece is unframed.
Donated by Mary Simms Lazopoulos, who also agreed to pay for restoration costs. Handmade aprox. 1917, by Kalliope Smirniotis, mother of the donor.
