Object Description
Small sewing needle kit. The needles are in a shiny red piece of sticker, and below it is in a black paper pocket are more needles. On the other side, it says "A token of appreciation St. Andrew's Fashion Show. compliments of La Salle Cafeterias Mrs. Peter J Chimoures. The little packet folds in two like a book. On the outside of the sewing kit are pictures of scissors, needles, clothes, and a measuring tape.
Origin
Donated by Daisy Farmakis. Daisy's family belongs to the church of St. Andrews Greek Orthodox church 5649 N. Sheridan Rd. Chicago, IL. Daisy and her family most likely attended the charity function of the fashion show where they received these party favors.
