Object Description
Greek doll (female) dressed in red costume. The doll is wearing multiple layers of clothing. Starting closest to her legs is an off-white skirt with a grey, green, and orange waved lining at the bottom. Above that layer is a full red dress. This dress has 3/4 length sleeves. Where the top part of her costume would close, and at the ends of the sleeves, there is a detailing of orange, gold, and green striped fabric and off-white lace. The doll also has what is presumed to be an off-white lace blouse underneath the red top/dress. Around her waist is a purple sash with an orange, wavy lining to it. The bottom of her dress is divided into three panels, one larger panel for the back, and two, smaller panels for the front. The edges of the two front panels are the same as the detailing on the top portion. Additionally, the front panels are decorated with a metallic gold, leafy, lined design, with gold sequins and white beads on top of them, flowering out from the metallic gold. The doll wears a red hat with orange, gold, green, and metallic gold detailing. There is also a gold tassel coming out of the left side of her hat. She wears black shoes.
