Object Description
Silver cap worn at top of head with circular design and dot motif and red stone at top center. Chains with hammered turkish coins, colored beads, filigree circles and wrapped wire hang from top.
Origin
Donated by Suzanne Salimbene. The skullcap was acquired while Suzanne lived in Greece circa 1965-1982. It was most likely part of a women's Sarakatsani costume.
