Object Description
This pin is blue with a white image of the United States on it. There is white writing at the top that says "I support AHEPA's" and at the bottom: "Ride for Life". There is red writing inside the image of the States which says "Cycle America for Cooley's Anenmia".
Origin
Cooley's Anemia is known as Thalassemia. It mainly affects people who are of Mediterranean descent. Thalassemia is a fatal genetic blood disorder. AHEPA's Cooley's Anemia Foundation has been collecting funds to assist in the research for a cure.
