Object Description
This belt is made of blue velvet. It has 14 metal rectangles attached to it. These squares have the Greek meander pattern around them. There are also two circle metals. Around them are the Greek meander pattern. In the center is a symbol of GAPA. Dangling off the bottom of this belt are two metals: one is of the letters "USA" and underneath that is figure two crossed feathers.
Origin
GAPA (Greek American Progressive Association) was founded in 1923 and was dedicated to presserving Greek culture in America.
