Object Description
This cigarette box is white and wrapped in its original clear plastic packaging, as it has never been opened before. On one side of the box there is "Pallas" written in red lettering, and under that says "Filter Antitarnic King Size Made in Greece"Above the word Pallas there is a tiny gold star. On either side of "Pallas"There is a gold stripe in which there is a red stripe. On the other side of the box, there is the same sayings arranged in the same pattern as the other side, however, on this side, everything is written in Greek. On one of the small sides of the box, It is writen in red lettering "Mild in taste Delicate in aroma 6. A. Keranis S.A Piraeus" in English. On the other small side in red lettering and in English, it is written "Warning: The Surgeon General has Determined that cigarette smoking is dangerous to your health" and "Class A Cigarettes".
Origin
These cigarette boxes were donated by Pete Poulos from Missoula, Montana. Pallas cigarettes were produced in Greece from the 1960's until the 1980's.
