Object Description
Metal spear. Used as a communion spear to cut bread. Silver handle with a cross at the end. Head of the spear looks black.
Origin
The metal communion spear was donated by Panagiota Kalpodinos. The Spear symbolizes the lance that was used at the time of Christ's death on the Cross to pierce his side, from which flowed blood and water.
