8 1/2 x 11 hand worked copper plaque inserted in 11 1/2 x 14 x 3/4 walnut wood surround with slight dent damage in upper left corner.
Inscription: "A Testimonial of Sincere Appreciation presented to John G. Thevos in everlasting gratitude for his untiring efforts while serving with outstandng leadership, vision and ability as District Governor of the Garden State District No. 5, 1944-45"
