A large, predominantly white, thimble. The thimble is in relatively good condition with golf ball-type divots along the top which have been worn by use. There is a depiction of a blue and white windmill as well as a farmer (wearing a red shirt with black pants) leading a horse away from the windmill on one side of the thimble.

This thimble was made, and used, in Sparta, Greece. The donor received it as a gift from her boyfriend after he visited his parent's home near Sparta in March of 1998.
