Alien Registration Receipt Card #2681471 for Bessie Simopoulos.  It is rectangular in shape with a left side and a right side, divided by a thin vertical line in the middle.  The left side prints out Bessie's personal information and her registration number.  The right side has a small seal of the United States and instructions to the recipient.  The back of this certificate is also divided into 2 halves.  The left side has her fingerprint and signatures on it, the right side has more instructions.
