Object Description
8' aluminum angel food cake mold. Bottom description reads "No. 6207 Aluminum Edw. Katlinger Co. Chicago-Baltimore Made in U.S. America." The outside rim has a thick lip, and the middle metal part of the inside has three evenly spaced dents in it, as well as an inner lip.
Origin
This was used in Angelo's Bakery in Berwyn, IL.

Edward Katzinger Company was originally founded in 1888 and sold tin pans to bakeries. They then expanded to provide for candy stores and ice cream parlors, and later kitchen supplies.
