White cotton skirt with heavy discoloration. There is brown staning along the waistband and fraying along many of the seems. On one side the upper button is missing. The other side the second button difers from the rest. It appears to have been added after the skirt was originally made. There are two separate sections of the skirt that are linked together by metal clips.
