Object Description
A 12 inch metal meat cleaver with black waxed thread cover handle, yellow tape at the top of the handle. The blade is sqaure with a slight upward curve on both sides. The handle is rounded at the bottom. There is a nail right in the circular end of the handle. The blade is stained and discolored.
Origin
Donated by Myron Petrakis. Owned by Myron's father, Titos Myron Petrakis (1882-1969) for his restaurant.
