Vertically oriented polyester ribbon pin for Hellenic Ladies Society for Holy Trinity Church. The text is arranged so that "Hellenic Ladies Society" and "Holy Trinity Church" are on either side of a cross. There is a metal filigree across the pin at the top with "Committee" framed in all caps. The front facing side (the side with the filigree) is spilt down the middle with a blue stripe and a white stripe. The underside is purple. Both sides are legible and have gold lettering.
