Two inches down from the lace is a heart created by flowers. The flowers are in multiple colors (red, pink, green, purple, yellow and brown). The top of the hearts has a cluster of yellow dots which connect to a pink flower that is on the inside of the hear. There is also a yellow stem coming from it. Next to the heart is a cornucopia, on each side, done in a gold/yellow string. On the side of the cornucopia isa three petalled, red flower. This image is not on any other part of the case. There are a few brown stains on different parts of the case.

Created by Penolope Neokos. She was born in Greece in 1899. In later years she came to the United States with her husband Nickolas, also native to Greece, where they became citizens of Illinois and lived in the city of Chicago. While in Chicago her and her husband lived with her brother along with her two sons (Ernie and John) and their one daughter (Frances).
