Crocheted, off-white doily. The doily could even be considered beige. In the center is a flower-like design. Surrounding this central flower is a radial design that forms a spiral shape. The edges are endorned with repeating triangles that point toward the center.
This crocheted doily was handmade by Mina Tiftiksis in Myteline, Greece. It is unknown how or when the donor acquired this textile.
Doilies are mostly used as accessories for home decor. They can decorate tables, trays, or even be framed and hung.
