Object Description
Rectangle - greenish grey velvet with gold satin stitch (Anevata) with gold sequin design. The embroidery here is typical of liturgical robes - gold thread is wound around a hard flat piece cut to the desired pattern. Then attach it to the velvet. This technique is called couching. Red cording decorates the edge of the piece,
