Object Description
RECANTANGLER - GREENISH GREY VELVET W/ GOLD SATIN STITCH (ANEVATA) W/ GOLD SEQUNIS DESIGN. THE EMBROIDERY HERE IS TYPICAL OF LITURQICAL ROBES - GOLD THREAD IS WOUND A ROUND A HARD FLAT PIECE CUT TO DESIRED PATTERN. THEN ATTACHE TO THE VELVET. THIS technique is called "couching". Red cording decorates the edge of the piece.
