Object Description
Off-white and green crocheted table runner with floral-designed trim. The middle of the runner is white and composed of five spiraling flowers. The border is made of six-petaled white flowers surrounded by green trim.
Origin
This belonged to the donor's mother Koula (Lazou) Counelis who came to America to marry the donor's father, Antonio Counelis in Chicago Heights, IL. She was born in Karistos, Eubea, Greece. After Chicago Heights, her and her husband moved to Berwyn, IL, where she lived for 44 years and died at the age of 96.
