Framed Testimonial George Dilboy Chapter No 13 Disabled American Veterans "This certifies that as an expression of the high esteem and affectionate regard in which Arthur H Peponis is held by our membership and for his benevolent contributions and for interest shown in this Chapter and in recognition of his conscientious efforts and valuable assistance in behalf of our Disabled Comrades, this Testimonial is hereby awarded to him in everlasting gratitude, Chicago IL July 20, 1947."

George Dilboy Chapter No 13 was a Greek American organization created to assist in order to assist veterans of Greek heritage. George Dilboy was a Greek born American who served WWI as an honored general. His statue was erected in Somerville, MA so that the Greek community could honor their hero
