Object Description
Rectangular postcard with black and white sketch of coastal village on the front and cursive writing on the back.  Starting in the upper left-hand corner, tree trunks are depicted with dark arching lines and are topped with charcoal smudges giving the appearance of leaves.  Three low, rectangular structures or houses with thatched roofs are scattered left to right in the distance.  A body of calm water takes up most of the right side of the sketch.  It has three small, flat pod-shaped boats floating in it.  On shore, there is a larger one-story adobe structure with arched entrance and ornamental facade featured to the left.  A straight cobblestone path leads to the door of the adobe.  The path is flanked by shaded charcoal grass.  The artist's signature is written in the lower left-hand corner of the sketch.
