Object Description
Rectangular wooden cooling tray. The bottom of the tray is rectangular and composed of three light-colored wooden boards running lengthwise, side by side.  Both short ends of the tray (opposite each other) are finished with wooden trim that runs the entire length of each end and stands at least an inch and a half taller than the height of the bottom tray.  These raised ends make it possible to handle and stack the boards without damaging the candy they are carrying.
Origin
WAXED PAPER WAS PLACED ON TOP AND WARM CANDIES WERE CREATED ON TOP AND LEFT TO COOL
