Object Description
This is a circular wire frame that is shaped to fit the crown of the head.  The wire frame is covered with small faux pearl sprays that are attached with beige string.  There are small cloth flowers interspersed throughout giving the appearance of a simple crown of white almond flowers and buds.  There are a total of 6 wires that stretch around the crown of the head and there is a small loop in the back. In the front, the flowers are arranged in a small spray that includes a wax faux leaf.
Origin
These bridal crowns were worn by George Gatsis and Ourania Moukalis on their wedding on the date of October 10,1922.
