Square shaped, two layer bib. There is earu silk over cotton triangle shapes. Then there is embroidered butterflies and scalloped edges. The bib fastens with a plastic pearl color button. The cut out for the neck is pretty small, made for small infant.
Donated by Marina Metevilis. The bib was worn by Marina Balafas during her infancy in 1927. The bib was most likely made by her mother Anna Balafas in Witchita, KS in 1927.
