Object Description
An iron oil lamp. The cup is where the oil was placed, there is a little spout to pour the oil. The cup is connected to a vertical piece of the same iron, that kind of looks like a fork. On the back of that piece of wrought iron there is a hook attached, that is the wick hanger.
Origin
Donated by Mary Fotopoulos. The oil lamp was used as a lamp light. These lihnari were popular in homes and churches.
