Object Description
Ceramic coffee cup embellished with flowers, birds, and leaves outlined in a light blue on pink-beige background. The handle of the cup is brown with blue polka-dots and the interior of the cup is white and unpainted.
Origin
The pottery company's name, Keramikos, is an area located in Athens, Greece in the northwest area of the Acropolis. Keramikos is the potter's quarter of the city from which the English word "ceramic" is derived. This cup is not a collectable and does not appear to have the traditional black figure design.
