Black velour cloche with brim. The black velour is very soft. On top of the hat there is a strip of black fabric that wraps around one side of the brim. That same fabric is the sweat liner inside the hat. There is a white label inside that says Dowa of New York.
The hat was donated by Constantine Bacil, and the hat belonged to Constantine's mother. The hat was a fashionable hat with an everyday use. The company listed on the label is no longer in business.
