Object Description
Long black handmade vest (zagoria??) with multicolored embroidered design. The main part is black wool, with orange, green, grey, and mustard yellow threading. Believed to be part of a folk costume. The wool is handspun and the embroidery is hand done as well.
Origin
Donated by Becky and John Bisioulis. The vest was part of a folk costume made of handspun wool, and barley worn. The vest was most likely used late 19th century to early 20th century.
