Object Description
Cotton and polyester cream-colored tablecloth with floral jacquard design. The design consists of a double border around the edges and flowers on a vine inside of the border. In the middle, there is a plain square which also has a double border and is surrounded by flowers on a vine. (Part of set with 8 napkins).
Origin
Jacquard weaving made it possible to produce an unlimited variety of patterned weaving. The pattern was based on a piece of paper with holes punched into it.
