Object Description
Square white linen tablecloth with cutwork and beige embroidered apple and leaf design. The apples are cut out in each corner with leaves on vines branching off around the edges. In the cutwork of the apple, there are lines of beige thread that form a grid-like design. The cutwork in the leaves is in the form of vertical lines, while other leaves are embroidered on. Around the edges is a thin border where some of the cloth has been cut away, forming stripes.
Origin
Erasmia Economou married Constantine Theodoropoulos on October 24, 1926, at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Chicago.
