Object Description
White linen table runner with floral cutwork and embroidered leaves with tan thread. The cloth alternates between flowers and leaves, with big flowers in each corner and a smaller one in between them on the short sides. The space left by cutting out cloth has been filled with a gridlike pattern of the tan thread. On each long side, there are two flowers (not counting the corner ones). The pattern is symmetrical both horizontally and vertically.
Origin
Erasmia Economou married Constantine Theodoropoulos on October 24, 1926 at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Chicago.
