Round cardboard base covered with satin. Three layers of ruffled satin go around base. Ovular dome is created by four wires that intersect at the center top and attach to four corners of base. Wires are covered with tulle, fabric flowers, a decorative white string, and white ribbons. In the center stand a small ceramic (porcelain?) bride and groom. A discolored tag on bottom says Made in USA and has some red numbers stamped on it.

Used on top of wedding cakes.
