Object Description
A dark cream knit tea napkin, finished with a blue blanket stitch around the perimeter.  In the lower, left-hand corner there is an embroidered symmetrical "L" in blue with several embroidered squares along the outside of its edges, giving the appearance of a battlement / crenellation atop a castle wall. Two blue flags with red flag poles are angled and centered within that "L" -- their bottom of their poles pointing to the vertex of the "L".  The blue flags have white clovers or crosses on them.
Origin
The flag on the napkin could possibly be the flag of the Free State of Icaria. The Icarian state flag is blue with a white cross. Icaria was a part of the Ottoma Empire until they organized a Turkish garrison for their independence in 1912. Icaria was a free state for five months of famine and poverty until the state became a part of Greece.
