Object Description
Army green pillow cover with a golden fringe. All of the text on the pillow cover is golden yellow. At the top, it reads "U.S. Army" with an eagle with a striped shield, with arrows in one foot and an olive branch in the other below it. Below this, there are flowers with vines and in between it reads "Sister, Of all the girls I ever knew, There never was one like you, You're the nearest, You're the dearest, Pal I ever knew." The back of the case is brown.
Origin
This was used in the 1993 Greek Folk Art Exhibit. It was made during World War II.
