Object Description
Golden table runner with 4 large embriodered angels flanked by smaller kneeling angels. The angels have flowers around them. There is brown decorative edging with metallic threads. The designs in this edging are in the shape of teardrops. The backing is dark blue in color, but has fallen off and is in tatters (located with runner). The back of the runner is woven and green
Origin
Angels are beings superior to humans in intelligence and power. They often fight with each other, and God acts as peacemaker. Angels were often seen as messengers from God.
